She needs to have those dogs removed, she's lucky I'm not her neighbour. Selling a puppy at 2wks is ludicrus, they are still drinking milk from their mum :shakehead:.

definately would be reporting her..
She's selling them at 2 weeks old??? RSPCA now!! A puppy can NOT survive away from the mother at less than 6 weeks old!! (Well they can but the type of people likely to buy a 2 week old puppy is not going to be responsible for the care they need). The female dogs will be unhealthy and probably close to death being allowed to breed over and over. It's EXTREMELY irresponsible and disgusting - it can't be legal to have 11 dogs to begin with, my council limits to 2 unless you are a registered breeder. She could not be a registered breeder.
I would definitely report her. Tell me who she is and I will do it for you! I cannot stand this type of thing!!!!!!
Yeah Dp thinks we should report her aswell, last i knew she lived on property so she doesn't have neighbours that would know. I've printed off all of her fb posts selling puppies to take into the council tomorrow, then the rspca. We bought our dog from a reputable breeder, he had all his shots, desexed, wormed etc. She definintly is selling these puppies at 2 weeks old, i read one of the posts where a man bought one and was picking it up that day. I agree LuluHB if you can only afford a free or really cheap dog you shouldnt have one at all. I just cant imagine these poor puppies being taken away from their mother to people who would most likely have no idea what to do, or how to train a newborn pup. Ugh, i don't even want to think about it.
I cant believe i didnt realize sooner. I was just talking to my sister about it, shes had this girl on fb longer than i have and she said about 12 months ago one of the bi***es was in labour but was labouring too long and they thought she might need a cesearean but they shot her instead. :o I do not have words for her anymore, i'm going to try and go back in her posts to get to that, so i can show rspca. Sad thing is, shes a wildlife carer. Thats how i became friends with her in highschool our love of animals. Now i see her doing this?? I'm so mad my sister didnt report her, im not surprised though.
It is illegal here awell to have more than 2 dogs, i doubt very very much that their registered though. ausgirl, i definintly am reporting her now i found out she shot her dog. Dp wants to drive down there and pick them all up keep them here overnight and take them to the rspca in the morning. Im incredibly tempted but could potentially be very dangeous.
Oh wow, now I am even more infuriated! She shot the dog because it was having difficulty delivering! Someone should shoot her! Sorry, but that's just beyond it - how can someone treat animals like that - please tell me she doesn't have any children!
That sounds very admirable of your DH jesses_girl but definitely leave it to the experts. As well as any physical danger your DH could be in, he would also be at risk of potential criminal charges for trespass, entering and who knows what else.
She sounds like a truly horrible person who has no business having any pet at all. Good on you for doing the right thing. Let us know what happens.
Ditto everyone else.
Just some info - puppies dont wean from their mother until they are around 6wks old. Its actually safest to not take them to their new home until they are 8-10wks or older. As for heat seasons, most females go on heat twice a year (so roughly every 6 months). Problem is if you have more than one breeding female, then a female on heat can bring the other females on heat (this happened with our dog, she is undesexed as we are breeding her through her mothers registered breeders and they watched her for us while we moved. Their other breeding female went in season and so our girl followed even though she wasnt due for a good 6-8wks), with as many undesexed females as that girl has, Im not surprised they are on heat most of the time and churning out litters :(
I feel sick.
I think maybe this thread should now have a warning in the title.
Is there any chance you can pm me the name of this person and the suburb they are in so that I can actually take some action against this?
Ginger are you a RSPCA officer?
No. But I am willing to contact as many organizations as I can and pass on this information to get this stopped and save these poor souls.
That is horrible!!! Definitely report her!!! I feel for those poor dogs :(
How do i change the title? Ginger i really would rather not give out her name, i will give you the enquiry number if you like with the rspca tomorrow so you can call up and see what is being done about it etc. So far i have 36 posts of selling puppies. I'm a bit worried about what shes doing to the dogs that dont sell. I got her adress by pretending to want to buy one of the puppies, this ones free and is 4 weeks old. She said shes been trying to sell that litter for nearly 3 weeks. Saying "To good home" doesnt mean sh**, people will lie their bums off for a free dog.
So sad and wrong. Those poor dogs.
Good on you for standing up and taking action
there is vital nutrients in a mothers milk between 6-8weeks of age that if missed out on can have serious implications of the puppy or kitten for the rest of their lives. this is why in many places its illegal to sell puppies and kittens before 8 weeks of age.
i hope she gets drawn and quartered. i would definately be freaking furious if someone i knew was doing this. good on you for noticing and reporting it. i volunteer at a shelter and jeez the repercussions of irresponsible animal ownership is traumatic for us humans, let alone the animals involved.
keep us updated?
Yeah i'll definiently keep everyone updated. Shes not a mother yet, she is trying though. Dp just suggested if nothing is done about it in 2 weeks time we will go to the local newspaper. I dont think im going to do it anoymously, just in case they need anything from me for prosecuting her.
I.feel.sick
Those poor doggies :(
Go you!
